🏊 Find the Right Pool Service for You
3 quick questions. Scott will take care of the rest.
What best describes your situation right now?
Be honest — no wrong answers here.
Good news — sounds like your pool just needs a pro to keep it that way.
What matters most to you in a pool service?
How long has the pool been green or cloudy?
This helps Scott know what he's working with.
What's the problem with your current service?
Let's figure out what you actually need.
Scott runs a one-man operation — and that's the point. When you hire Scott, Scott shows up. Same day, every week. Not a rotating crew. Not someone you've never met.
If something looks off, he calls you. If chemicals need attention, he handles it before you ever notice. You enjoy your pool. He handles the rest.
Most standard screen-enclosure pools in Stuart and Palm City start at $140/month. Every pool is a little different — Scott will take a look and give you a straight number, no surprises.
A pool that just started turning is the easiest situation to fix. The sooner Scott gets there, the less it costs and the faster your pool is back to crystal clear.
Call Scott today — he'll tell you exactly what he's working with and get you scheduled fast.
A pool that's been green a few weeks usually needs a shock treatment and multiple chemical adjustments to get back to clear. Very doable — but the longer it sits, the harder the job gets.
Scott will assess the situation, give you a straight answer on what it takes, and get it knocked out. Call today.
A pool that's been green for months can have heavy algae buildup, chemistry completely off, and equipment strain from running dirty water. This isn't a DIY situation.
Scott has seen pools in every condition. He'll assess it honestly, tell you what it takes and what it costs — no BS. Call now and let's get your pool back.
What you're describing — no consistency, zero communication, a revolving door of workers, a pool that never looks right — that's not what pool service should be.
Scott runs a one-man operation. When you hire Scott, Scott shows up. You get his number. He picks up. If something's off he calls you before you ever notice it. Same person, same day, every single week.
Switching is simple. Scott handles the transition. Most standard pools start at $140/month. Call and he'll take a look, give you a straight number, and you can decide from there — no pressure, no contracts pushed on you.
Every pool situation is a little different. Scott has seen it all. Call or send a message — describe what you're working with and he'll give you a straight answer, no runaround.

Pool Service Terms
No Contracts
Scott’s Pool Service does not require customers to sign service contracts or commit to minimum service periods. Pool maintenance service is provided on an ongoing basis and may be discontinued by either party at any time. We maintain the right to discontinue service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to access issues, safety concerns, or non-payment.
Service Access
You are responsible for ensuring that Scott’s Pool Service has reasonable access to your pool on scheduled service days. This includes gate codes, key access, or other information necessary to reach the pool area. If access is unavailable on a scheduled service day, we may not be able to complete that visit. We are not responsible for missed service resulting from access issues outside our control.
Scope of Service
Services provided by Scott’s Pool Service are described on this website and in any service communication between us and the customer. We reserve the right to determine, in our professional judgment, what work is appropriate and within scope for a given service visit based on observed conditions. Work that falls outside our direct service scope may be referred to qualified professionals. See our Service Disclaimer for full detail on scope.
Chemical and Treatment Decisions
Water chemistry adjustments and chemical treatments are made based on observed pool conditions at the time of each service visit. Pool conditions change between visits due to weather, bather load, equipment function, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific water chemistry outcomes or results. Customers who manage their own pool chemistry between visits should inform us of any significant treatments performed so we can adjust accordingly.
Payment
Payment terms are communicated at the start of service and may be updated with reasonable notice. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in discontinuation of service. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances through appropriate legal means.
Cancellation
Either party may discontinue service at any time without penalty, consistent with our no-contracts approach. We ask for reasonable notice when possible so we can adjust route scheduling. Outstanding balances for services already rendered remain due regardless of cancellation timing.
Limitation of Liability
Scott’s Pool Service performs pool maintenance using reasonable professional judgment based on observed conditions. We are not liable for pool or equipment conditions that develop due to factors outside our control — weather events, equipment failure unrelated to our service, actions by third parties, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the start of service.
In no event shall Scott’s Pool Service be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pool service or the use of this website. Our liability for any claim arising from pool service is limited to the value of the services performed in the period to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that cannot be limited by law.
